Remote connection drops after a few seconds

Server Version#:1.18.0.1944

I’m having an issue with my Plex server and setting up remote connectivity. When I enable remote access it comes on line and tells me that I’m fully accessible from outside of the network, but then after a couple of seconds it changes to not available.

I currently am manually specifying the public port as 32400.

This server also has an FTP server and a media wiki install running on it.

Windows firewall is disabled and I am sitting behind a Cisco ASA 5508.

My current NAT rule is:

Network object Plex is internal host and PlexPub is the external static.

Any ideas on what I may be doing wrong, or where to start trouble shooting would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have policy to allow this?

Open the traffic log viewer and go to canyouseeme.org test port 32400 and see what it shows

also having this issue with my 5550 ASA . If I do packet trace it goes thru on 32400 . I have many different configs .
