Remote Connection Suddenly Indirect for Some E

Hi there, all of a sudden, Plex playback on a Samsung TV outside of my network is only doing indirect playback. I’ve tested it via the web on my laptop outside of my network and it was doing proper remote playback, so could it be something on the TV’s end, or my server? Just want to know where to start to look.
