You may need to install PMS 1.20.3.3421. Available at plex.tv/download. Move the slider to turn on Plex Pass downloads, which are the beta builds. Since you do not have a Plex Pass it will not enable any Plex Pass features. However, you will get any bug fixes included in the build. It is beta s/w, so there may be some new, unidentified issues as well.
