why would my friends PC not be on the sync to this device list? i can sign in to the server. i have downloaded & installed & signed in to Plex Media Server on 2 users and both show up in devices list.
but still this PC does not show on sync to this device list??
I am fairly certain that you can only sync to mobile devices that are on your local network. It’s a way for Plex to protect copyright, by not allowing sync to remote devices/computers.
I’m not sure streaming to anybody in the world is better than sync. the only real difference is quality??
and… there seem to be locations on the list not on my local network
i’m still have problems or just don’t understand cloud sync. i tried to setup cloud sync with my google drive but cloud syncing is not available to my users.
and. my google drive has 100 Gb and i have only tried to sync 2 movies a week ago. one of them is still trying to upload??
does it work or not? can somebody help me
