Server seems to be stuck at 25mbps. The media is direct played, no transcoding, the HDD is ok, working properly, the connection is remote, not using relay. The Internet upload speed is sustained 100mbps, in the same situation other apps use more than 25mbps between the same devices only plex is stuck at this, happened to admin account and to friend’s accounts. I have talked to the ISP and no restrictions are in place. I need more than 25mbps because I stream 4kHDR and it’s not enough. Please help me
Do you have something set in internet upload speed or stream limit in remote access settings?
The internet upload speed I have set it to 90 mbps, the Internet upload I get on the server machine and the Limit remote stream bitrate is set to Original (no limit).
Then would need the logs from the play and know what the quality settings are in whichever app you are using and if you have auto adjust quality enabled.
I have tried it on lg webos app, both with automatic quality and original quality of the file and the results are the same, the same limit is there, it only works if the bitrate goes below 25mbps. This also happens on android mobile app and on any laptop in browser. I have tried auto adjust on and off and the results are still the same. The lg webos client version is 5.90.1 and the android app version is 10.24.1.2319 .

Were the logs ok? I didn’t use them until now and I hope you got all the info that was needed.
