Remote connection only playing 2mbps

So I am running plex via a VPS and Ubuntu 20.04 and is showing direct connection.

However when I go to play anything on any app or web version it’s limiting itself to 2mbps. Have changed the speed in both the app and webpage and still the same.

Have disabled relay and rebooted Plex. But no matter what it’s still limiting itself to 2mbps which is causing this to buffer every few seconds.

two basic questions:

  1. What’s the internet upload bandwidth of your VPS?
  2. Have you configured some additional restrictions for remote access (e.g. Internet upload speed or Limit remote stream bitrate in Settings > [Server Name] > Remote Access)?

Upload speed according to speed test cli is 468 Mbit/s

No upload speed set in remote access

And nothing in limit remote nitrate it is set to original

DEBUG logs zip please which captures the start of a playback?
