There is a problem with the Intel video driver affecting hardware transcoding on systems with the J4XXX CPU, such as the DS720+.
See FAQ 26 for a workaround. The workaround persists across Plex updates, so you should not have to repeat the procedure. Leave it in place until Intel delivers a working video driver (eta tbd).
