Remote Streaming Transcoding Error - TS File Not Found

Server Version#: 1.19.1.2645
Player Version#: Amazon Fire Stick 4k (Android)

I’ve been trying to get remote streaming working properly with MKV (HEVC codec) files. Initially it wouldn’t work at all, just give an error. I have the remote streaming limit set to 10Mbps. When I removed that limit, it would direct play fine (although eating a ton of upload, ~15-20 Mbps). I have added to the Profiles for Android to tell it to transcode. It now seems to try and transcode but I am getting the following error repeated for the transcoded files:

DEBUG - Streaming Resource: Estimated bandwidth for c05c774c96bd14ca-com-plexapp-android to be 0kbps over 0.00s
ERROR - Couldn’t find the file to stream: C:\Plex\Transcode\Sessions\plex-transcode-c05c774c96bd14ca-com-plexapp-android-a7a2edeb-dbdb-4aee-870e-09e873fbe072\media-00000.ts

On the client side, it just sits at “Buffering”.

I have attached the debug logs.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hello. Been three weeks. Anyone have anything for this issue? It’s like it transcodes but the file isn’t in the expected place when it is streaming to the remote client. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you recreate and provide both the PMS and log from the Fire TV?

I will recreate and provide both logs. Will be sometime tomorrow. Thanks.
