Plex Media Server running on a Raspberry Pi 4, Plex Pass sub.
Videos played fine before a server update, and now they don’t and I get the following message in the console:
[Transcoder] mnt/video/TV/{showname episode}.mkv: No such file or directory
the file Codec is HEVC.x265 mkv.
I found a prior version (1.24.5.5173) and attempted to rollback, but no change.
The files are a mounted network drive which allows anonymous read/write. I am able to browse the mounted drive, and h264 files in the same location continue to work.
I’m out of ideas. I wish I could find a prior version that would work, but it seems to be difficult to find linux arm archives, so I only have what I happened to find on the drive.
To reiterate, these are not new videos, and I appreciate I’m mounting a NAS drive over my LAN, that it is a RPi, but it all worked before.
