Remote Watch Pass

Signed up for a Remote Watch Pass yesterday and now have no access to my local server. Plex is running as a plug-in on TrueNAS-13.0-U6.1. I updated it before getting the Remote Watch Pass, but can’t now get in to find which version. I’ve done all the logging out and back in mentioned on the help pages, but the server is just not visible anywhere. Remote access is from an Android tablet. Prior to the Remote Watch Pass, everything worked fine and I have changed nothing. Can anybody Help? Thanks

There is no server listed on your account. Well, no current one. Did you claim/sign into your server?

Hi and thanks for responding. I deleted the server instance in Authorised Devices, thinking I might need to reconnect it, but when I sign back into my account the server is not visible so I have no option to claim it.
