Server settings unavailable

plex server is installed on my synology DSM 7.2. It has been running fine. Today i could remote access, went to login to the server using my browser and i could only see the web player settings, none of the server related(entire section) of the server settings was not there. Its like the server was invisible. However other players on the lan could still seem to play plex media
i removed all authorized deices in plex but that didnt help. Tried restarting the plex server app, even updated it but still same issue.

Any different experience when trying to access it from the local path vs the app.plex.tv path?

If you removed your server from Authorized Devices then it is now unclaimed.

same issue. When i access it via plex.tv, i select the plex(admin) user and it lands me at the main plex page but says “my plex how screen is empty”.
if i go to the settings section, i dont see the server…its like the plex server cannot talk to talk to plex.tv?
