Remove Disconnected Servers

Hi,

I am having an issue where I have re-installed Plex a few times on the same laptop and as a result on the Pinned page I have listed those server as “Disconnected”. I would like to remove those servers from my account and only list the one server that is on my laptop. How would I go about doing this?
