I have an odd issue where I have obsolete/stale server still showing up in my Plex servers list.
I have removed the servers from authenticated devices and the user/username associated with
this server does not show up in library access as this has already been removed. I have also
logged out from all devices using my plex account and cleared the web cache.
One of these three servers doesn’t exist and has been removed from my Devices list, but I can’t find a way to remove it from the list on screen when I start at Pinned then choose More…
If I make a new server every day in testing the list could get long.
I’d like to remove the stale server only, not all of them. I removed the server in question over 6 months ago, but it still shows in the list. I cannot find anywhere where I can simply tell Plex to forget about this server as it does not exist any longer. If there is a “nuke-all” setting that will help, then I can do that and then re-add the ones I have access to.
I apologize - I was not 100% clear in this matter. The server is not mine. It is a remote server that at
some point granted my account access. I can clear out all my own servers and that is working fine.
This remote server however, seems to be stuck in the twilight-zone somehow… I cannot get rid of it.
I logged out from all devices, deleted my own servers and cleared the browser cache. The stale server that was listed before is now gone, and the one foreign server I still have access to still shows up. Exactly what I wanted!
Thank you for your help and support regarding this.
