How do I remove the Login options from Facebook, Google and Apple. I only want Logins via email address
As long as you haven’t connected your plex.tv account to any of these services, you cannot login with them.
If this is about your shared users logging in via these platforms: sorry, you cannot do anything about that.
User authentication in Plex works always against plex.tv, and not against your server.
What happened was I received an email from Plex that someone logged in to my account from another country, so I assumed that 1 of those accounts were hacked, thus allowing them to login to my account
Did you have your Plex account linked to any of these services?
Use different email addresses and passwords for any of these serivces.
Remove those links from your plex account which you don’t need.
Enable 2FA on your accounts. It is the best counter-measure.
AFAIK, 2FA is supported on all of these services.
It is also possible with a plex account: Secure Your Account with Two-Factor Authentication | Plex Support
