Removed a user over a year ago, but they're still able to stream media

Server Version#: 1.15.6.1079
Player Version#: 3.95.2

Hope, I got the version right on both. So, I had remove a user over a year ago and noticed that they were still able to stream media. I’ve confirmed that they are NOT in the shared users list. I’m curious about the section at the bottom of the dashboard that lists “Top Played”. If you click “all users”, I can see users that I’ve added since day 1, included a few that have been removed. I cannot find anyone or other sources with a similar issue.

Are these actually two separate questions?

Or are you concluding from the presence of the deleted user in your ‘playback history’ that (s)he must still be able to access your server?
That’s a “no”. Even if you remove a user from your server, the fact remains that the playbacks were performed while (s)he had access. And thus, they will remain listed in the “playback history”.

One question, but thanks for clearing up “top played” concern. Now, in regards to the user still able to able to stream, that’s what I’m really concerned about.

The Play History has filters at the top. Restrict it to the $username and the Last Year.
If you see no playbacks listed, then this user hasn’t played anything in the last year from your server.

His name is appearing under the “now playing”, the person that isn’t suppose to be able to see. So, he’s definitely still able to stream.

Please send me his user name per PM.
