Removed users still streaming

Player Version#: 4.34.3

A while ago I removed friends (users & sharing -> clicked red x). There is now no one listed in the users & sharing section. However, they are still able to stream regularly. Is there a way for them to get permanently removed?

Did you remove them from authorized devices?

Weird. I still can see 3 shared users in your account. Do you want me to remove them all?
