@dane22 removed a user from my user list in server and they still have access to watch things? When they watch, it shows their email address while movie/tv show running. But when finished in plex dash shows no user (blank) How to stop this user?
The user chazzxxxx@gmail.com is the user that still has access
You do have a lot of servers, that has not been seen for a while ( AKA + 3 years! )
I do recommend you remove them from authorized devices
And what is the name of the server?
My server is Margo. Under authorised devices i only see this server and my clients that i use Plex on
Your server is not currently connected to plex.tv, and was last seen 21 hours ago!
So make sure your server is seen by plex.tv (Hint, restart PMS)

Yes please that’s the one, thank you so much. Sorry i thought it was gmail. My server is active as been watching things on it today. I’ve restarted it just now
User Share access has been removed.
