Removed Friends still showing in API XML

Hi There. I recently deleted several users from accessing my Plex Libraries but they are still showing in API XML. They are not listed under Manage Library Access or Plex Home. Because they are still showing up in the API XML, the removed users are populating in User imports for other applications (like Wizarr). I saw that the entries had to be removed by a Plex Employee. I removed several users from my PMS by going to Settings > Managed Library Access > Click X next to their name However, when I view this page: https://plex.tv/api/users?X-Plex-Token= AUTH_TOKEN (hiding my actual auth token) - those removed users still show as having access to my server. I used the token trick to see the email addresses of the users I have on my server and there are two users I removed/deleted off my server still listed in the XML but are not listed as friends or users of my plex server How do I get those accounts out of the list of users since they don’t show up in the server under users or friends?

Is there a way that I could remove them from the API calls or does that have to be done by a Plex employee?
