Removing crashed server from backend

So, a couple of months ago my machine that run Plex failed badly, and needed a reinstall. I had to set up PMS again, and re-do all the config. So far, so good.

The problem is that my clients see this servers as unavailable, and my Samsung Tizen app takes forever to launch. I can also see that my user is sharing unavailable libraries to users, and I can’t find any way in the Plex Web to remove this old server and invalid sharings.

Can Plex remove this from the backend somehow, so that the sharing is removed
from all users? Anyone got any tips?

Remove old server from account. Old server no longer exists

My old server with PMS crashed. However, my NAS with the media still exists. Therefore, I built a new server and installed the latest version on PMS via Docker. However, I cannot add media because Plex assumes I’m still want to use the old server. All guides I’ve found online also assume I want to migrate from one server to another… This is not the case. I just want to build it from the ground up after mounting my NAS with the media files. How can I disassociate my old server from my account?

I did search some, read the FAQ… Tried your search, found this hidden among all other posts:

Server Version#: Player Version#: I just had to rebuild my Windows Server. Now when I go into my plex account I have the new server and the old server. The old server just loops trying to connect. I want to just remove it as it no longer exists.
