Repeated crashes. Missed/lost tv recordings

I am running a plex docker container on my unraid server. My plex server was rock solid for a long time.

Since the previous update, the server stopped running (crashed) out of nowhere after update.

Then yesterday after the most recent update, the server became inaccessible from the network and unable to record from my tuner so it missed a show. What is going on??
