Replace / substitute music files on Plex Media Server

My entire Plex Music Library is made up entirely of FLAC files. However, I am heavily entrenched in the iOS ecosystem, I now prefer to have all my music files in ALAC format (I know, I know…don’t judge me :))
My dilemma is how to replace all the FLAC files already in my plex media server music library with ALAC versions without rocking the boat (existing playlists, especially).
I already have an exact duplicate of existing music folder with ALAC files?

Suggestions, ideas, criticisms welcome!
