Reporting Gracenote EPG issues
Unfortunately EPG data is not always correct. Whether is be a wrong poster, category, time or listing a complete different show. We have created the form linked below to get more concise info about specific channel EPG issues so that we can submit them to Gracenote in an efficient manner.
To be clear this is not for issues with EPG not downloading at all or isn’t refreshing properly in PMS. This is for when the EPG data that did download is incorrect or has channels missing.
We ask that you do not contact Gracenote directly about EPG Data issues.
