Yes. You can only set one stream. Fox4 has a HD stream and a 4K stream, you can only set one for the guide and DVR.
There isn’t a 104 fox channel in listing, just 4.1 fox. Result you can only have one or the other.
Plex does not support ATSC 3.0 broadcasts. They use AC-4 audio and Plex does not have a license from Dolby to handle the audio stream.
It is unlikely Plex will ever handle such broadcasts, as broadcasters are increasingly encrypting them with DRM. Given the current rules and regulations, Silicon Dust and other stand alone tuners cannot decrypt such channels.
Also, I’ve not yet heard of any station broadcasting in 4K. Most rebroadcast their ATSC 1.0 channel (720p for KDFW).

Still would be nice to be able to have both channels available in channel lineup so I can experiment without having to reprogram the DVR. One for HD stream and one for the atsc 3.0 stream.
I have two channels in atsc 3.0, Fox4 and CW, these signals come in better.
Is it possible to edit the station list and add 104.1 and link the guide to 4.1?
I do not know if it is possible to edit the station list. However, based on the “ATSC 3.0 Broadcast…” thread, even if you could record 104.1, it would have no audio.
The thread also mentions using ChannelsHD (getchannels.com) instead of Plex to view/record such channels.
