A tool which I believe Plex is lacking is for Plex to have some sort of Auto-Renamer and go through all the Folders and files in your directory and rename the files as you specified.
Another tool which would be handy and Media Browser 3 does this nicely. Is have Auto-Organizer where you choose a folder for Plex to search for (eg. usenet/TV/) and it will search for TV shows in there and automatically copy or move them to the correct folder in your TV series (pretty much what sickbeard can do).
Dislike, due to the danger of a mismatch, and would also go against the un-official policy of Plex to never touch your medias

This should be done in other tools, which are plentiful.
i would prefer to use sickbeard and do. and i use filebot for movies. i prefer to have this control to avoid mismatches however that being said this is a good idea and if plex could implement this with the same/ better flexibility than sickbeard/filebot with an option to prompt when new files are being added than yeah i'd be all for a 1 stop shop solution.

But there is no reason to add this complexity to Plex. If you are pulling in content via that way, a tool already exists, and it is one you are likely already using for a variety of reasons. To add it into Plex adds no value and carries considerable downside. Each feature we add that already has a good solution elsewhere takes coding effort away from items that do belong in Plex.
