I have came across a problem, were i want my files to be renamed to the Title+Year+Resolution done with Editing or using "Fix Incorrect match", inside Plex Web App
So file name can be "Nothing123"
Of course Plex scanners cannot find any Meta data linked to that name.
So i use "Fix Incorrect Match" and write in, correct Title and Year: Clash of the Titans and 2010
Now Plex Scanner finds a match, i click and it downloads Meta data.
This Meta data need to be some how pulled down, and rename the file from:
"Nothing123" to "Clash of theTitans (2010) - 1080p"
Would be awesome if anyone could make this kind of tool

I think that is kind of the idea of what he wants. Or that is the way I read it. He wants a tool that if he had to use the fix incorrect match option, instead of having to rename the files and update his library again, just take the match as it exists now and rename his files and the entries in the database to use the correct naming scheme.
Not a integrated tool into Plex. Becuase this will never happen.
but
if you are already having to manually "fix incorrect match" - why would you not just do that in an existing matching tool already designed to rename? Same manual step, same result.

I will do this for the future, but have manually added tons of lines in Plex already.
The requested tool, is for those who already, made as the example to dusin of media inside Plex.
If Filebot can do this. Please guide me.
If you name and structure your media according to the Plex naming guide then it will have zero issues matching it and downloading the correct metadata. The fact that you have to use 'fix incorrect match' on all your media suggests to me you're making no effort to name your files properly. I doubt anyone will make a tool that specifically fixes incorrect matches in Plex because the real issue is that you're not naming your files correctly.

Just an idea for a sporadic or a one time clean up of your filenames:
The plugin Plex2CSV by dane22 can extract from the database a list of movies containing all information needed to rename the files (see the "Extreme 2" list)
Once you have those information together in a list it's easy to rewrite the filenames with a batchjob.
The only problem is that the lines are sometimes too long and some of the relevant data get cut off but I believe that this can be easily solved as well.

Ah, that makes sense now. Nothing like that exists (because people usually fix the filename first and then let it match automatically in Plex), but a good place to start is the Plex2CSV plugin, as slipstreams mentioned.
one find me a free tool that pulls all the proper info from the disk at converting time. before or after adding such tv,music, video, to the library. so i don't have to go back and get my now archive dvd,cd and such and do over. and that uses online database to name the files that in a matter plex can use. to begin with.
two, not having too manually have to change 100+ dvd cd titles in my library that i already have.
this just needs idiot proofing is all.
one instance is:
take the movie "isle of men" its labeled that way on the dvd cover and in the dvd itself. most converters freeware gnu do not name the file appropriately or give you adequate naming features. add it properly in the library and plex will not find its proper meta date and posters
.
do a search on imdb and you will not find it. do a google search and after awhile you will learn they changed the tittle to its proper name witch is "Owd Bob" not having seen the video or knowing about it lends me to not getting the proper meta data or posters. remember you get a dvd/cd and you convert and name according to what "info" you have. it was filmed in "isle of men" thanks for that info "MovieFan".
the more homework or the bigger the library you have makes for a great inconvenience. ruins the expiriance and takes time away that the family that could be enjoying the media.
-----------------------
it would be nice to see a tool of some sort even as a plug in to plex that would help to download all the metadata into the directories of the library. it would be nice to have that same tool give you an opportunity to change the file name. to help conform to the movie,tv,music databases plex and other services offer.
-----------------------
and ultimately give the user a more smooth experience in what plex has to offer.
i can imagine like myself that i will be taking my mobile plex server setup to off grid from the internet and showing off a movie or two. will i have a what i need? so i ask myself it would be cool to have all the metadata and posters in my library too.
wished i knew how to do whats being asked from the op. thank you for your time and patience.

Did you read anything on the filebot side?
Have you seen this:
The ultimate tv renamer / subtitle downloader / sfv validator
About
FileBot is the ultimate tool for organizing and renaming your movies, tv shows or anime, and music well as downloading subtitles and artwork. It's smart and just works.
well I think rather he is to lazy to read. on the top front of fielbot side I found this. So the tool does renaming. He just needs to read the documentation or go trough faqs.
And in my eyes, he should search for the way by himself and not ask someone else to show it to him. But thats me.
