I’ve been using DVBLink TV Server for some time, and their Web UI/admin has an option to download all logs needed for a support/bug question.
I think this would be a great addition to Plex Web, since almost every question or bug report requires the PMS logs. This can be a difficult task for none technical users on different platforms.

That’s true, but this also requires another technical task. I myself have no problem with finding the logs, installing plugins etc. I’m just thinking about new user, which doesn’t have any technical knowledge. These users are forced to either use FTP or SSH, when Plex is installed on a difference machine ex. NAS, which are getting more common.
