I am writing to request assistance with an issue I am experiencing with my Plex Media Server installed on a Synology NAS. Recently, I have encountered a problem where the “Add Library” button is missing from the Plex interface, and I am unable to add new media libraries. Despite following troubleshooting steps, including restarting the server and checking for updates, the issue persists.
Given the complexity of the problem and its impact on my media management, I am considering performing a complete reset of my Plex Media Server to resolve the issue.
