I have seen this topic before for another OS (windows) but it was closed and I cannot respond to it. I had Plex installed on an old NAS which has been completely destroyed. I have no access to it. I have installed plex server on a second NAS DS1621+ and have successfully claimed it - it is visible on my account. I do have backups of all my media files on the new NAS and would like to point the plex server to this media but whenever I try to add it I get a prompt to “Get Plex Media Server”. I have already attempted to login using the server IP, I have uninstalled and re-installed the server, I have changed my password, I have de-linked my google account from plex. What am I doing wrong?

When I check my account I see the new server. I deleted the old one. My issue is that I cannot add my libraries. whenever I try it takes me back to “get plex media server”…
The server is marked as deleted:
→ The user has 1 server: Quetzalcoatl
You need to reclaim it. It lists as DSM 7. Use the Claim Token method built into the package.
