I’d like to request the option to scan my library every 4 hours. Currently if you’re aiming for something like that, it’s either 2 hours or 6 hours.
Reasoning: Cloud based file storage has an API limit and running scans too frequently causes this to be hit and get locked out for 24 hours.
I realise that at some point you have to stop giving increments of 2 hours, but 2-4-6 seems to make sense/be fair. The extra granularity would allow us cloud based file storage users to find the sweet spot. Currently 6 hours is too long between something being added to the storage but being absent from Plex (so I have to initiate a manual scan), but 2 hours is a bit too frequent.
