[Request] Music, no pause on next track

Hi,

 

it would great to have the feature of selecting the length or completely getting rid of the pause between two tracks.

Especially for mix-cd's this is essential.

This feature would greatly improve the music experience with plex on the web-gui while streaming and the plex app with synced content!

this is called ‘gapless playback’

And this feature request already exists.

Albums to be played back as recorded w/o gaps insertedNothing ruins the mood like having the music interrupted by an abrupt stop (which triggers an audible relay in my receiver no less) followed by a 1 or 2 second silence and an abrupt resumption of the music. Many classical and progressive rock albums are recorded without gaps between movements or songs. I would like to be able to play these pieces as they were recorded on the CD when playing them from a hard drive.
