Request: proper recent search results

I would really like to see my recent searches when I press the magnifying glass in PLexamp.
All similar apps work like that and it is the most intuitive way.

Right now see some “form” of recent searches, but

  1. it is not complete (does not show the actual search term, nor all results (for example no tracks)), and
  2. it is buried under a few options I never use anyway so one has to scroll first to see it.
  3. it is slow, I have to wait 2 secs to see something at all. The search bar comes instantly, though.

For your point 2, i suggested on Reddit to have the possibility to hide the Aural Fixations.
I think it take the majority of the Search page for a minor usage.

Search History should be at the top on a Search page IMO

Recent searches should be instant. Not sure what you’re seeing take time?
