[Request] Support MadVR video renderer in PMT

Until you have tried MadVR you don't know what you are missing. The picture quality is amazing. It's the only reason I don't run PHT.

What do you mean by PMT? Are you referring to PMS? Or PHT? Or something else?

Yes this would be very nice but probably won't happen. Surely not in near future.

But if it did, throw in svp support.
