Just Bought my WD Passport Pro device with bulit in PLex server and love it … but it can’t covert quality to other rates well or a at all (no processor capability?). I have go into the settings for each video I play and manually change it to play original it order for it to work well each time. Wish it was something I can set for all movies… I am sure everyone with one of these is experiencing the same issue. PLease update the software to make play Original quality a setting that can be applied all videos on the device. Thanks in Advance - Todd
