Samsung Plex App doesn’t support rescale for 4:3 TV Series or Movies when running on a 16:9 TV.
Newest TVs from Samsung doesn’t allow to rescale screen when an app is running.
This feature is available on MAC Plex Home Theater so please port it to Samsung Plex App.
