I have the 2019 nvidia shield pro with my tv and movies in an attached external drive, but the memory keeps filling up because of some bug. I reset the shield to the factory settings to reset the memory but when I created the new database and tried to access it via phone or PC, it won’t let me. It tells me the Database is unavailable.
