Reset my password because of the data breach and told it to log off all devices (huge mistake unfortunately) now I can’t get back into my plex server running on ubuntu. When I go to localhost:32400/web all i get is the plex splash screen and nothing else happens. I can’t get into to re-register my server with my account. I have tried numerous things that I have found the forums after searching and nothing seems to be working. I did the steps of editing the preferences.xml file and removing the entries it said to remove in the support article but still having the same issue just comes up to the plex splash screen and sits there nothing else happens
I went to the forum post you linked I am looking in your instruction and I see it says to place the tar file on the host… however I see no look to download this tar file or where I am suppose get this file from?
