Do you want to annihilate all the settings?

Anywho…

A total annihilation of Plex and all settings including the database

  • Exit Plex

  • Uninstall Plex

  • Reboot system

  • Delete the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Plex, Inc.\Plex Media Server

  • Delete the folder
    %LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex Media Server
