Everything was fine and dandy till later on my Plex decided to go bye bye and completely get grumpy on me. I log in, dashboard ----Gone. All my content, movies, shows, etc, disappear before my eyes. I tried repairing the app, Nothing! Uninstall it then reinstall? You bet I did! So how do I get back to my safe haven I miss so dear?

Like the computer I originally created it on? Nope same computer

or did you recently switch from wired to WiFi or vice versa?
Same router, same wireless lan

Nope just one user
Please export the ‘Plex’ branch from the Windows Registry
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Plex, Inc.
zip it up
and send it to me, per PM
Then grab the whole log file folder,
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex Media Server\Logs
zip it up
send it to me as well

just copy the full path into the address bar of the windows file explorer and press Enter.
It should lead to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Logs
Found it. You changed the location of where Plex is looking for its database and metadata to drive F:
Revert the change by:
- shut down Plex server with the tray icon (in case it’s still running)
- edit the registry and remove the key
LocalAppDataPath(but only this!) - reboot your machine
