I just chatted with the Plex.tv team.

There is a known bug with Tidal. They are actively working on it.

I’ve been driving myself nuts with similar issues last 24 hours. Now that I think of it though, it started after I tried to select Tidal to play some music yesterday. It hung up and I gave up trying. Since then been in the same loop, not able to login. But have been able to stream from local and remote servers.

I’m having the same issue I can’t seem to login all of a sudden. Is there a fix or a way to disable Tidal?
