Resolved: Error when performing into/credit detection

Server Version#: 1.41.1.9057
Player Version#: 1.103.1.238-223cbba6

Whenever the server tries to perform intro or credit detection, I get the following 3 messages repeated forever in the logs. It seems to be related to the audio transcoder not finding the expected file, instead of there being a .wav file there are .ec3 files. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this and what the solution might be? My best guess is that EAE is not outputting the expected format (ea3 instead of wav) which is causing the intro detector to crash.

It turns out that the EasyAudioEncoder wasn’t marked as executable. I made it executable by running chmod +x "/config/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Codecs/EasyAudioEncoder-8f4ca5ead7783c54a4930420-linux-x86_64/EasyAudioEncoder/EasyAudioEncoder". Now it is working as expected
