Restore Home Screen Not Working

I have just moved my Plex server to a new machine in my network, and at one point both servers were online. After removing the old machine, now the browser based Plex access has a empty home screen, however clicking the “restore home screen” button just refreshes the page and does nothing. Any help?

I think, in the web app it’s Settings > Web > General (advanced) and there’s a “RESET CUSTOMIZATION” button.
