Reset Homepage does nothing?

On Edge, IE11 and Chrome clicking on the link under “Your home screen is currently empty” that is supposed to restore your home screen (Technically, I don’t want to restore it as what was on it linked to an old server but the new server isn’t populating the home screen so I’m hoping I can edit the old entries to point to the new server) just causes the screen to flash.

This is accessed via direct IP or on the same VM as plex is running.

Anyone discovered the same issue?

Also, the tag system on here needs some work.
Browser, Dashboard, Homepage, home screen, home, restore, IE11, Chrome, Edge and not tags… Almost everything that discribes my issue isn’t taggable? I’ve had to chuck it under server-windwos which hardly fits the issue.

It isn’t a server issue, it is a Plex Web player issue. I have added the correct tag and moved it to players.

To reset everything and choose a new primary server go into the web app general settings and hit the reset customization button. https://support.plex.tv/articles/customizing-plex-web/#toc-4

I’m guessing a primary server was not selected somehow and the Reset Home Screen link (which only effects the hubs like recently added) wasn’t working because it had no primary server to select them from. ( but only a guess)
