After updating to the current server update on Nvidia Shield, Plex broke, the server would not show. To get the server back I’ve had to create a new server, my problem is restoring a database backup. I have a standard back up from April, but copying those database files (com.plexapp.plugins.library.db & com.plexapp.plugins.library.blobs.db) over just breaks the server and it stops showing in the Plex options.
However I’ve been using the ‘Download Database’ option in SHIELD Plex—Troubleshooting thinking that would be usable to restore the database. I can’t find anyway to use the file it’s given me.
Can I use that file in any way or am I doomed to a week of restoring artwork and collections?
