I come to you because I have a problem with my Plex server on my Shield.
Everything was working perfectly but I shut down my server via the Plex app settings on the Shield and since then I can’t turn my server back on. The option I clicked to turn it off disappeared from the menu. This is where I clicked and this is the option that disappeared
Does anyone know how to restart my server? Thank you.

Same here, just gone for no reason.
It’s crazy that they’re doesn’t seem to be an answer for this issue. Plex Media Server randomly disappearing on an Nvidia Shield should be on the company’s radar, since they’re is so much hype with that pairing (Shield and Plex).
I fixed it by copying a database backup from the internal Shield storage back to the external USB drive.
Here’s a novel idea Plex, if the database corrupts, your app shouldn’t just obliterate the server and any settings for it without any errors messages at all?
It should also be able to restore the backup database itself, it clearly backs them UP for a reason?
