Restoring Database after clean install - wont connect to server

Hello,
Before I had to do a clean re-install of my NAS, I backed up the entire ‘Plex Media Server’ folder.

  1. did a fresh install of my NAS, and PLEX… and it connected to Plex just fine.
  2. stopped the Plex server, copied/replaced every file in the backed up ‘Plex Media Server’ folder.
    3)Restarted the server, started the Plex Server, and now I can’t connect to Plex

I uninstalled (and deleted the plex folder) and re-installed plex, and its working again… but i would like to restore my original database…

Any ideas? Do I need to NOT overwrite some files?
