Restoring Playlist from an iPhone to a Plex Server

So here is what I did:

  1. I had my Plex server on NAS 1 and had 3 synced (downloaded) playlists to my iPhone.
  2. I uninstalled NAS 1 and did a fresh install on NAS 2.
  3. Discovered that NAS 2 was not fast enough to run the Plex server.
  4. Uninstalled NAS 2 and reinstalled NAS 1.

My playlists are now not back on NAS 1, but they are on my iPhone. Is there any way to get the playlist from the iPhone to the NAS 1 server? I spent quite a bit of time creating them and don’t want to loose the list. All the songs are in the same place as they were originally.
