I have a movie in my library called Memories (1995 film) consisting of 3 short stories.
Each is a seperate file and according to the plex naming-scheme, they are called “Memories (1995) - CD1.avi”, “…CD2.avi” and “…CD3.avi” respectively.
Playing one after another works fine, but stopping in the middle of any part renders the movie unable to be resumed, resulting in “An error occurred while trying to play the video. Please check the connection and try again.” (translated from German).
Resuming on the web-app works without problems.
Does anyone know about a similar problem and may be able to help?
A little workaround I found for the meantime:
Play from start and fast forward to the end of part 1 makes part 2 playable.
Same goes for FF part 2 to be able to watch part 3.
