Retrieving logs files manually

The status.plex.tv says its all good to go, but mine is still unreachable. Anyone else still having trouble?

Did that 10 times already. Doesn’t work.

Please collect the logs ZIP and attach.

It looks like all regions are operational again. Your logs will allow me to track.

Where do I do that? I have the PMS on a QNAP nas.

Install this on your QNAP.

It will create a shared folder which will give you direct access to PMS’s storage area on QNAP (they do it weird).

From there, you can create a ZIP file of the Logs directory.

Installed it. What should I do now. Don’t see the app anywhere. Sorry I’m new at all this.

You will have PMSLibShare as a shared folder.
Click into it.

You’ll see Plex Media Server & then Logs under it.

Nope don’t have it.

I have to go to bed now, too tired. Will try again tomorrow. I hope I can fix it…
