Can Not connect my QNAP Server to my PLEX account

Server Version#: QNAP TS-251A 4.4.1.1146
Player Version#: V 1.18.5

My QNAP TS-251A was once connected to my Online Plex account but I was changing things around and adding another QNAP and it would not connect. So I disconnected the TS-251a and tried to reconnect it and it would not connect back either. Help!

Restart PMS, and after that, upload PMS logs in debug mode

Also more details regarding:

plex log.txt (52.4 KB)

You uploaded the client logs, not the server logs!
Also, you didn’t provide more details!

Well how do i find the server logs

Install this: Create a share for Plex Library Directory

Then in the created share, look at Plex Media Server directory, where you’ll find a log directory
Zip that, and upload here

Sorry I have been out of town. I downloaded and installed pmslibshare. I don’t see where it created a directory to look at.

It should have created a share, look in filestation

so I looked in filestation. what is the name of the file it will create. Your other post says it will make it in plex directory. I am not seeing it there. the pmslibshare is running in Appcenter

Ok. So I am having the problem on all 3 of my Qnap. The pmslibshare will not make the directory because the plex directory is already there. It made it on lets call it Qnap #2 so which logs would you like me to send

All of them, in a zip

Logs.zip (1.1 MB)

Your QNAP is using a public ip address, meaning that you are not allowed to claim it!

Change your local network to use private address space.
See: https://github.com/ukdtom/ClaimIt/wiki/Errors-and-Troubleshooting#ip-address for details
