I rip ISO of “Elvis-He Touched Me The Gospel Music of Elvis Presley” there is vol 1 & vol 2.
After doing the exact same as I always do for years, I place the two mp4 files in the plex folder but only one fil shows up in PLEX.
(either vol 1 or vol 2 but not both).
I can remove one of the files and rescan and the existing file is listed. If i switch files and rescan that file in now listed.
It won’t show both.
I’m at wits end trying to figure out the solution.
Can anyone help?
Plex is probably combining them together (Get Info will show you all the files associated with a given item). If you want them to be separate entries, you should be able to manually split them apart. Another workaround would be to use something like MKVToolNix GUI to merge the two volumes together, since it looks like TMDB/IMDb list it as a single three-hour documentary, not separated into volumes 1 and 2.
